The Kitchenette

The Burleigh kitchen development started as a blank canvas, so it was exciting to see the space transformed. After extensive planning and development, the kitchen was finalised with the focus on a clean design that was user friendly for all the staff in the office that included;

  • Overhead cupboards for storage

  • Draws for dishes and cutlery

  • Dishwasher for the convenience of cleaning up

  • Top mount sink

  • Microwave space

  • Bench-top

     

Exterior Paint Work

After all the interior touch ups the Burleigh office needed an upgrade in the exterior. The building is approx 9m tall so required a cherry picker for exterior paint work. We wanted the colours to

  1. Match our branding which required a mix and match from our paint supplier
  2. Not clash with our neighbours who had similar colours
  3. Stand out for street appeal

As result we:

  • Paint the bottom half Mathiou Services Orange

  • Paint top half white

  • Paint awning box rims MS Orange

  • Paint under awnings white
