Cost is for delivery within the metropolitan area and is for sand top-up only. Additional charges may apply if delivery is outside of metropolitan catchment. Price excludes GST. Must mention this promotion prior to quote. One top-up per centre, anything more than the 2.5 cubic meters will be priced separately. Offer must be booked for a quote or be quoted before 31st September 2019, delivery can be after this date.

For $500 exc GST we will provide labour and materials to clean, light sand and prepare timber for staining – up to 13m2.

Provide labour and materials to stain timber with 2 coats
Provide all necessary temporary barriers, signage, protection, etc
Progressively remove all construction waste from site and leave site clean and tidy each day
On completion of the works clean all surfaces to a professional standard, suitable for handover to the client

This quote is for facilities within the metropolitan area, additional travel cost may apply if you are outside this catchment. Price is gst exclusive.

It doesn’t cover unforeseen issues where there is any. Any work outside the scope above will be regarded as a variation and may have additional cost, approval on the cost and works will need to be signed off prior to Mathiou Services proceeding works. All Works are to be completed during normal business hours unless otherwise stated in this quote. This quote includes external hardwood and pine timber only
