Timeframe: 16 weeks

Interior Renovation

A fresh new centre renovation

This 17-year-old childcare centre had a complete interior and exterior upgrade. Including a building extension and major changes internally.

Giving it a new lease in life, see the scope of internal fit-outs and photos here:

  • Demolished flooring

  • Demolish all internals

  • Rebuilt new walls

  • New office and reception fit out

  • Extended babies area

  • Repositioned storage shed

  • New plumbing

  • New guttering

  • Installed new windows and new doors

  • Lay new concrete slabs

  • New skirtings

  • Install new commercial kitchen

  • Laundry Fit-out with soap dispenser, shelving and wash basin

  • Floor installation – Vinyl floorboards

  • Install and fit-out two new kids bathroom with 3-4 basins and toilets, plus a staff bathroom

  • Installed new showers and nappy change areas

  • Fit-out new basin in room

Exterior Upgrade

A new fortress of a fort, well designed and landscaped play area

  • New timber cladding for babies area

  • New gutters installed and painted down pipes

  • New Entry safety gates and timber dividers

  • Remove existing fencing and install new colour panels and timber fencing

  • Remove and install new astroturf with soft fall

  • Rendered and painted exterior white

  • Two new inground sandpits with timber and sandstone edging

  • Three-level fort with climbing net, dual slide, viewing windows and hidden cubby

  • Mound slide in babies area

  • New garden beds

  • New concrete bike path

  • New shade sails

  • New dry creek bed with pump
