Offer is valid for quotes approved from the 16th August 2019 through to 31 September 2019. Valid  for conference attendees only. Must mention the ACA Conference 2 for 1 offer at the time of quote or prior. One offer per center. Cost of service/s is as per original quote and any additional costs will be additional. Time of service is subject to availability. Offer is for new clients only.

Terms and Conditions of Maintenance and Gardening Prize

The person/s who match the tools to the game the fastest at the end of the ACA VIC conference on the 16-17 August 2019 will win the following prize:

3 hours Maintenance and 3 hours Gardening for the nominated centre FREE

Gardening includes:

mowing, weeding, blowing, hedging, whipper snipping (see the scope of works for full coverage,)

Maintenance covers:

General handyman service refers to the full scope of works here. We generally ask that you list key maintenance repair requirements for us to achieve prior to arrival so that we can focus on these prior to getting to the scope of works.

General:

This prize can only be used in a childcare centre or business facility and is not for personal residential properties and must be within the metropolitan area. Completing scopes of services are subject to time limitations which means that whilst Mathiou Services take all care to complete all tasks within the given time of 3 hours per service, in some circumstances, this is not possible. In these circumstances, we will advise you prior and work to complete as much of your required services first. These services only cover labour, any required materials will be discussed prior to charging the cost of goods. The Winner will be announced no later than 5pm on the 23rd August 2019 via email or facebook, the winner will be notified prior.
