Internal and External Upgrade

How simple upgrades can make a huge impact to your centre

Location: Loganholme, QLD, AUS

Timeframe: 2 weeks

We recently were given the opportunity to upgrade this Loganholme centre’s playground and bathrooms. This was completed over a two week period and included new AstroTurf in the preschool area, new vinyl, toilets and basins in the toddler and preschool bathrooms. You can see the transformation here.

     –  Install new timber border around sandpit

     –  Remove and relay new Astroturf in back yard

     –  Upgrade steps by slide to make safe

     –  Repaint Sail shade poles

     –  Upgrade shade sail and post with new 

        (remove and replace)

     –  Sandpit top up in back and front

     –  Fix damage drain and install new water pits

 –  Remove large tyres

 –  Repaint old tyres from black to white

And as a bonus the boys fixed up the stepping stone area:

 –  removing and fixing any logs that had chips or that were

    rotten – to make safe,

 –  re-stained stepping logs, placed them a way so they could

    race each other in two straight rows

 –  Added new sand

Fresh Paint

We can’t stress enough how painting something can freshen up even the oldest looking part of your back yard

Sand/Bark Top Up

A fresh refill or top up of your bark and sand pit can make all the difference to the eye of the beholder – not to mention is safer for the children

Refresh & Rearrange

Our job is to make your area safe, so removing the chipped logs, sanding down the others and a coat of varnish made this area look fresh.

    – Removal of old wall hung cabinetry and sinks

      and install new Bathroom cabinetry

    – Installing new toilets
